Monte Rosa Commission

The Sculpture Gardens and Walking Paths at Monte Rosa is Mike’s latest commission. A local developer and big game enthusiast is developing an area along the Mount Rose Highway south of Reno that leads to the breath-taking Lake Tahoe area that will feature eleven of Mike Boyce’s life-size wildlife sculptures in the first phase. Phases two through four at the Monte Rosa development call for forty-six additional life-size wildlife sculptures to be completed and installed by 2010. Each of the commissioned sculptures will be released in a very limited edition. Photos of some of the sculptures featured are below.
